Our beautifully balanced Sweet Microgreen Mix brings together the rounded flavors of Red Cabbage, Kale, and Bok Choy microgreens in one bite-sized form. Mild cabbage sugars mingle with gentle kale notes and crisp bok choy for a play of textures and tastes. Their colorful red and green hues intertwine to create a confetti-like appearance anywhere used.
This harmoniously sweet medley brightens anything it touches! Toss into grain bowls, vegetable sides, dressings, sandwiches or bento boxes. Use as a base for composed salads. Garnish flatbreads, dumplings, dim sum or noodle dishes. Allow the mix’s tender sweetness and gorgeous colors elevate dishes in need of green goodness!

If a particular microgreen variety you are interested in is out of stock, please reach out to us. While we are expanding we would be happy to "grow-to-order" for you. This works exceptionally great for restaurants that don't change their menu a lot, or are planning their next menu.
Our microgreens are packaged in clamshell containers holding either 25 or 50 individual units—allowing you to order quantities tailored to your weekly requirements.
We ship restaurant orders on Wednesdays from our indoor farm in Bolingbrook, IL. Please place weekly orders by end of day Tuesday. Depending on your location you will receive your order on Thursday or Friday.
