Microgreens are young plants that are harvested just after their first true leaves appear. They are smaller than baby greens and larger than sprouts and are packed with flavor and nutrients. They are usually harvested at about 2 weeks of age.

What microgreens do you grow?

We grow a variety of microgreens, including mustard greens, arugula, radish for our spicy mix. Also, red cabbage, kale, and bok choy in our sweet mix. Then, for our individual varieties we grow broccoli, wasabi mustard, sunflower, and peas.

How do you grow your microgreens?

We grow our microgreens on vertical racks under LED lighting. They are watered with a circulating system to preserve water and nutrients. We mainly use coco coir as our growing medium, but for a few varieties we use jute fiber mats to grow on.

Our microgreens can last up to 14 days when refrigerated and cared for properly.

What if my microgreens arrive wilted?

If you receive your microgreens and they are not in a good condition please send us a picture on the same day that you received them. That way we can go ahead and process a refund for you. If a picture is not sent the same day we will not be able to process a refund as too many hours would have passed and many factors can cause they microgreens to go bad after they would have been received in good condition.
