At Enhanced Earth Farming, we strive to provide our customers with the freshest and highest quality microgreens. We understand the importance of timely delivery and handling, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Method:

We use express shipping to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping time is 1-2 days based on the proximity of your location to our farm. We carefully package your microgreens to maintain their freshness and quality during transit.

Shipping Schedule:

We ship orders Monday through Thursday. This is to ensure that your microgreens are not in transit over the weekend, which could impact their freshness and quality. If you have just placed your first order we will contact you to notify you of the first shipping day. We grow to order so your microgreens will ship in about 10 days from your order.

Shipping Guarantee:

We guarantee that your microgreens will arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or with any other problems, we ask that you send us a picture of the product on the same day that you received the package. This will help us to determine the cause of the problem and provide you with a solution.

Returns and Refunds:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or with any other problems, we will work with you to provide a solution, such as a replacement order or a refund of the purchase price.

Cancellation Policy:

‍

Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours after they are placed. After this time, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. We have this policy because everything we grow is grown to order, and shortly after your order is placed we start the seeds for your order and incur that cost to produce your microgreens.
