Delivery Policy

Our Delivery Process

Our home delivery service allows you to receive fresh microgreens straight to your door within 24 hours of being harvested. Guaranteeing you get the freshest produce containing as many nutrients as possible.

After Placing An Order

‍

You will get an email notifying you of the date of your first delivery.

‍

Your First Delivery Day

‍

We deliver your order to your front door in a reusable bag, with a reusable ice pack, (or other temperature regulating measure based on the weather).

‍

After The Delivery Is Made

‍

We will follow delivery instructions that were left at the time your order was placed. Then you will get a text or email notification that your order has been delivered.

Further Ongoing Deliveries

‍

For your further deliveries you will get a notification the day before your delivery day as a reminder to leave the bag and ice pack outside your front door for us to replace.

Non-Replaced Items Policy

‍

If there are two consecutive weeks that our delivery bag and ice pack have not been left outside out to be collected and replaced we have to charge a $10 replacement fee for those items, and $5 for any further amount not received. Once we receive the missing items we will happily refund the amount equal to the items we have received back. If any reusable delivery materials are damaged (bag, ice packs, insulation) we will process a $5 fee for each week's worth of items that need to be replaced.‍
